Overseeing various projects and initiatives, from planning to decommissioning:

• We explore new project opportunities and secure funding.
• We develop project plans and oversee execution to ensure goals are met.
• We manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• We ensure technical standards are met during construction, inspections, and project completion.

Offering our Member Nations the tools and services they need to carry out housing-related projects.

• We carry out Building Code Compliance inspections for new homes within our Member Nations communities.
• We carry out housing inspections on behalf of the Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation for reserves throughout all of Atlantic Canada.
• We host workshops and offer opportunities to build community capacity for housing-related projects.

Ensuring the sustainability of community assets and infrastructure.

• We assist our Member Nation communities with developing and implementing Asset Management Plans.
• We routinely visit communities to provide support for infrastructure maintenance.
• We use computerized maintenance management systems to monitor work being done to community infrastructure. 
• As part of the Extended Asset Condition Reporting System program, we inspect community assets throughout NB and PEI that have been funded through Indigenous Services Canada.

Collecting and disposing of solid waste in a safe and environmentally responsible manner via our Green Communities initiative.

• We equip community members with waste bins, recycling bins, and composters, ensuring they have the right tools for environmentally-friendly practices.
• We safeguard our communities against solid waste contamination by targeted cleanup of illegal dump sites.
• We actively promote responsible waste handling, recycling, composting, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
