Handling day-to-day operational activities on behalf of the NSMTC Board of Chiefs, including planning meetings, recording minutes, overseeing the budget, and coordinating between the board and staff.

Leading the organization’s internal operations, offering guidance and support to department managers, and ensuring a comfortable working environment for all staff.

Overseeing all finance-related activities within the organization, including accounting and reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budget preparations, internal audits, and ensuring funding requirements are met.
