Braving the Uncertain

The risks we face in emergency management are always evolving – whether it’s climate-driven events, public health crises, infrastructure failure, or sudden disruptions. This year’s theme, Braving the Uncertain, reflects the need to stay flexible, informed, and ready.

AEMC 2025 will explore how we can stay grounded when the ground is shifting, with sessions that highlight practical tools, innovative strategies, and real stories from the front lines. Together, we’ll look at what it means to lead through through uncertainty.
